Representing an evolutionary line that is unique to Africa, painted dogs are amongst this ravaged continents most endangered species. It is estimated that a mere 3,000 remain in the wild, many in small, non-viable, isolated populations.

We provide support to projects in Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

With a strong commitment to community development and conservation education, our methods are working. We rely totally on the generosity of individuals and organisations alike to continue our work.

The Painted Dog Conservation Incorporated Public Fund is a public fund listed on the Register of Environmental Organisations under item 6.1.1 of subsection 30-55(1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997
